PTCI/FRS Grant:

Panhandle Telephone Cooperative, Inc. (PTCI), in partnership with the Foundation for Rural Service (FRS), the philanthropic arm of NTCA–The Rural Broadband Association, are accepting proposals for a grant up-to $5,000.
