Idea Proposal:
Customers would visit your website, log in, and submit a delivery request for an upcoming sale. Once submitted, the delivery date would automatically appear on a shared business calendar so your staff can see what is scheduled and prepare in advance.
Because the information is stored in a database, customers could also log back in later to view, update, or cancel their scheduled deliveries without needing staff to re-enter the information manually.
Each week, the system could generate an Excel spreadsheet showing all upcoming deliveries, including customer details, cattle counts, delivery dates, and any other needed information. This spreadsheet could then be used for entry into your US Livestock Systems software.
